I am the type of person who likes to give praise for work well done. In the case of fellow employees, I send a memo to their supervisor. In the case of a business that I feel has given exceptional service, I write a letter of appreciation.
I am a senior accountant working in a shared service position responsible for about $85 Million in fixed assets relative to three divisions of Newell Rubbermaid. I have worked for three fortune 500 companies and used three different fixed asset systems. I currently use the Sage Software FAS system that we obtained through your firm. This is by far the best fixed asset system I have used. In conjunction with Crystal Reports, I can export information into Excel and give management reports as required. This has been a most useful tool in doing reports to satisfy Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
Recently we had another division folded into us and I had to pick up the fixed asset reporting. We had your firm convert their Excel fixed asset file into a database to load into Sage Software FAS. Your staff did this quickly and with a minimum cost. We also had a technical problem with FAS and again your staff assisted us to resolve this problem the same day.
