IMS:
We wanted to take this opportunity to thank IMS for all their guidance on the fixed asset inventory we conducted at one of our plants.
This was the first formal physical inventory we have conducted at any of our plants or offices and we feel that it was quite successful. Our goal was to be able to select one of our newer plants to conduct our first inventory, utilize IMS’s expertise to organize and execute the inventory, and then take this knowledge to conduct the inventories on our own at our other plants.
Suzanne was able to review our asset list and provide a few options to conduct the inventory. She walked us through the process and helped us to select the most efficient option for this plant. Her collective experiences and great knowledge of FAS made the inventory process go smoothly. We also utilized IMS to assist us with the final reconciliation process, cleaning up our sub-ledger asset listing.
From all aspects, our experience with IMS was very positive and we look forward to working with IMS on future plant inventory projects.
