IMS was hired by American Bank of Bradenton in November 1997 to handle the training of two employees on the FASTrack software and assisted in conducting a physical inventory of 6 branches and 3 operational facilities using the hand held scanners.
Our initial intentions were to complete a few days of training and attempt an inventory on our own. However, the project proved to be more extensive then we had originally anticipated. IMS was more then accommodating and adjusted their schedule in order that we might complete our inventory before the year end.
Our consultant was very professional and knowledgeable about the FASTrack software and hand held scanners. She even went as far as to offer input and suggestions that would assist us in conducting future inventories with ease.
Since our initial inventory in 1997, our institution has more than doubled in size. We now have 8 branch locations our new 30,000 sq. ft. operational facility. We are in the process of scheduling more training for 1998 with IMS on the use of the updates software and possible assistance with another inventory.
We have been more than pleased with the overall IMS experience and would feel very comfortable requesting their assistance any time.
