In addition to IMS offering manufacturer annual technical support, we have dedicated and knowledgeable support specialists that can assist you with your needs.
Whether you have a manufacturer support contract or not, IMS will assist over the phone or over the internet. When an open CASE is created, a call fee will be quoted if the time will exceed 15 minutes, otherwise it is complimentary.
If you require SAGE, REDBEAM or SimplyRFID technical support the phone numbers are on the dedicated pages via the menu. Please have your customer number available for the software specialist to access your account and to reduce any wait time.
