I would like to take this opportunity to thank IMS for their wonderful support of the fixed asset software we purchased through them. When we decided to purchase FAS 100 Asset Accounting, we had the option of purchasing an additional support package. IMS's support team has been wonderful not only for user questions but also for technical support. During rebuilding of servers and computers, our IT Director worked with the technical support team at IMS and they successfully came up with solutions to problems that were occurring. The knowledge, reaction time, and recommendations provided were above expectations.

Overall, I would highly recommend purchasing FAS products through IMS and purchasing their support packages.
