Ms. Pedone has an impressive background in the inventory services industry. It is her expertise in administration, customer service, and sales training that enhances the professional services provided by her company. Inventory Management Solutions is an international turnkey barcode tracking product and service providing physical inventory for fixed asset management. In addition to serving as president and CEO, Ms. Pedone also handles business development and sales training for her company. She works diligently to maintain its outstanding reputation and takes pride in the excellent service they provide.
As a leader who has been very successful in her field for 16 years, Ms. Pedone attributes her personal and professional success to being surrounded by a great staff, hard work, referrals, and her excellent website presentation. She became involved in this profession when she worked as an inventory control manager that used an outside business for bar coding; she learned this area of the industry and started her own business. The highlight of her career has been reaching the one million dollar sales mark.
Ms. Pedone is affiliated with several organizations including the National Property Managers Association, the USUCC, NOBW, and the Chamber of Commerce. She also donates charitably to MADD, the Special Olympics, Toys for Tots, and Local Cancer Centers and Ministries.
In her spare time she enjoys reading, tennis, and theater.
