reports using the flexible Crystal Reports™ system. FAS Report
Writer® lets you create professional, custom reports instantly,
to save and reuse whenever you wish. You can even share fixed
asset data with other programs using the built-in ASCII and spreadsheet

FAS Report Writer® lets you design and develop reports quickly
with its easy-to-use, step-by-step wizard. The FAS Report Helper®
guides you through creating your own custom reports without
even leaving FAS®. Once you complete the steps, simply select
“Finish” and FAS® will launch Crystal Reports with your
newly created report already displayed. Crystal Reports Experts
allows you to easily create reports from within Crystal. Experts
will take you through the steps to create standard reports,
drill-down reports, cross-tab reports, graphs, and more.

Consolidated Report—Create one report that includes data on

up” information for reporting purposes without having to change

Summary Report—When detailed information isn’t needed, you can
generate reports that include only subtotals and totals. These

figures or asset information.
Asset Insurance Report—Simplify fixed asset value reporting
to your insurance company by creating a report on the net value
of your assets. Include the fixed asset description, number,
location, acquisition date and value, total depreciation and
net value.
Foreign Currency Report—To convert currency, you can create
a customized calculation using the current exchange rate and
have the results printed in a new column.
Printing Options
- Once your report structure is defined, FAS Report Writer®
has numerous built-in printing capabilities. Generate your
reports on legal or letter size paper, in either landscape
or portrait style. To help maintain corporate reporting standards,
you can even print a copy of your report specifications to
file.
- Print individual reports whenever you need them.
- Preview reports on-screen without taking the time to print
them. Review actual data to ensure you’ve captured the information
you want, or preview a sample of a large report without having
to wait for the entire report to display.
